Willett Pot Still Reserve Cask Strength takes one of Willett’s most recognizable bottles and gives it the full-proof treatment bourbon fans have been waiting for.
Built from a wheated bourbon mash bill, this release brings a richer, bolder version of the classic Willett Pot Still profile while keeping the soft sweetness and approachability that wheat can bring to bourbon.
Bottled at cask strength, the proof will vary by batch, but the goal is the same — more body, more flavor, and a fuller drinking experience straight from the barrel.
Expect notes of caramel, vanilla, toasted oak, honey, baking spice, soft wheat sweetness, and warm barrel proof depth. It has the familiar elegance of Willett Pot Still, but with more intensity and structure in the glass.
