“Uncrustable” Barrel-Aged Imperial Stout

This limited collaboration with Olde Hickory Brewing takes inspiration from one of the most iconic flavor combinations ever created — peanut butter and jelly — and turns it into a decadent barrel-aged imperial stout.
Aged in a combination of Blue Note and Eagle Rare bourbon barrels, this stout develops deep layers of oak, vanilla, and caramelized sweetness from the barrels before being conditioned with raspberries and roasted peanuts.
The result is a rich, full-bodied stout that pours dark and luscious, delivering flavors of creamy peanut butter, bright raspberry jam, chocolate malt, and warm bourbon barrel character. It’s sweet, bold, and dangerously drinkable — like a gourmet PB&J sandwich transformed into a barrel-aged stout.
Expect a smooth, velvety mouthfeel with a finish that balances nutty richness, fruit sweetness, and bourbon barrel depth.
