This Partida Roble Fino Single Barrel is truly one of one — the world’s first and only Partida Roble Fino Single Barrel Selection, created exclusively for Southern Spirits.
Back in October 2024, we brought the idea to Partida Master Distiller & Owner José Valdez: create a Roble Fino single barrel just for Southern Spirits. José said yes, and after nearly two years of barrel aging, label development, and approvals, it is finally almost here.
Partida Roble Fino is already a special tequila, beginning in ex-bourbon barrels before finishing in ex-single malt, sherry-seasoned casks for added depth, richness, and complexity.
Expect a refined sipping profile with notes of cooked agave, toasted oak, dried fruit, vanilla, baking spice, caramel, and soft sherry-cask richness.
This is a presale product. Orders will be marked as ready for pickup once the barrel arrives.

Due to South Carolina liquor laws, all alcoholic beverages must be picked up in-store. We do not offer shipping or delivery for any liquor products. Here’s what you need to know:
In-Store Pickup Only: All liquor purchases must be collected from our store location. You will receive a notification when your order is ready for pickup.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days. You will receive a READY TO PICKUP email when your order is ready to pickup, MONDAY - SATURDAY, 9AM - 7PM.
