Bardstown Bourbon Company 8 Year Wheated Single Barrel — “Caramel Soufflé” Dream Spirits × Southern Spirits Selection
This Bardstown Bourbon Company 8 Year “Caramel Soufflé” is a delicious cask-strength wheated bourbon, hand-selected in collaboration with Dream Spirits and Southern Spirits.
If you love rich, sweet, dessert-driven bourbon, this barrel is going to be right up your alley.
We named this selection “Caramel Soufflé” because of its incredible combination of rich caramel, vanilla custard, brown sugar, and creamy sweetness. The wheated mash bill provides a beautiful softness that allows those dessert-like flavors to shine.
Aged 8 years and bottled at 124.6 proof, this selection offers bold barrel-strength character with a rich mouthfeel, soft oak influence, and a beautiful balance of sweetness and spice.
This is exactly the kind of wheated bourbon we love bringing to our shelves — big flavor, exceptional depth, and a profile that keeps you coming back.
