The 2021 Blackboard Cabernet Sauvignon is a red wine from Washington State's Columbia Valley, produced by Matthews Winery. This vintage is composed of 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 11% Merlot, and 3% Petit Verdot. The grapes are sourced from the Conner Lee Vineyard, farmed using sustainable practices, and hand-harvested in early fall mornings. After hand-sorting and destemming, the wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks and is aged in French oak barrels, with 65% being new oak
