13th Colony Single Barrel — French Oak Spiral Finish | Carolina Cask Collectors Selection
This 13th Colony Single Barrel French Oak Spiral Finish is another exceptional addition to the Southern Spirits lineup, specially selected by our friends at the Carolina Cask Collectors!
Distilled in Indiana and finished with French oak spirals, this cask-strength bourbon delivers a rich, complex profile that showcases just how much character a unique finishing process can bring to the glass.
Right away, this barrel impresses with a beautiful combination of apricot, warm baking spice, and sweet caramel. The French oak influence adds depth, structure, and a layer of toasted oak complexity that perfectly complements the bourbon's natural sweetness.
Bottled at cask strength, this is a bold, full-flavored pour that delivers plenty of character without sacrificing balance. Whether you're a fan of finished bourbon or simply looking for something different to add to your collection, this bottle is well worth exploring.
At $99.99, this is a unique selection that showcases the creativity and craftsmanship behind exceptional single barrel whiskey.
