During this long run where demand has leaned heavily toward cask strength bourbon, we started selecting more barrel proof options and had some great results. But we were very excited to return to the classic Old Forester black label style with this selection.
This barrel brings a bold, savory profile with big tobacco and leather running all the way through. We have plenty of sweet bourbons on the shelf, so it is always exciting to bring in something that offers a true change of pace.
