This Wild Turkey Rye Single Barrel “Candied Orange” is another exceptional Southern Spirits selection, hand-selected at the Wild Turkey Distillery alongside Bruce Russell in February 2026.
Wild Turkey has long been celebrated for its bourbon, but this barrel is a delicious reminder of just how incredible their rye whiskey can be.
We named this selection “Candied Orange” because that was the one tasting note our entire team unanimously agreed on. From the very first sip, this rye delivers a beautiful burst of sweet candied orange, complemented by classic rye spice, caramel, vanilla, and rich oak.
It is flavorful, balanced, and incredibly approachable, offering the perfect combination of citrus sweetness and traditional rye character.
